This policy governs how Receivers may request and receive withdrawals from their Paylop wallet. By requesting a withdrawal, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Last Updated: 25/Feb/2026

1. Overview

This Withdrawal Policy governs how users ("Receivers") may request and receive withdrawals from their Paylop wallet.

By requesting a withdrawal through Paylop, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Eligibility for Withdrawal

To request a withdrawal, a Receiver must:

  • Have a verified Paylop account
  • Have available wallet balance
  • Provide at least one valid bank account detail
  • Not be under investigation for fraud or suspicious activity

Paylop reserves the right to restrict withdrawals where risk indicators are present.

3. Withdrawal Request Process

When a withdrawal request is submitted:

  • The requested amount is moved to a pending balance state.
  • The amount remains part of the user's ledger record.
  • The available balance is not permanently debited at this stage.
  • A manual administrative review is initiated.
  • No funds are transferred automatically upon submission.

4. Administrative Approval

Withdrawals are processed only after manual approval by an authorized Paylop administrator.

Upon approval:

  • A final ledger entry is created.
  • The wallet balance is debited.
  • The transfer is initiated to the bank account provided.

If a withdrawal is rejected:

  • The pending balance is released.
  • The amount is restored to available wallet balance.

Paylop reserves full discretion to delay, request additional information, or reject withdrawal requests where necessary for fraud prevention, compliance, or operational reasons.

5. Processing Time

Withdrawal processing times may vary depending on:

  • Administrative review workload
  • Banking partner processing time
  • Public holidays or weekends
  • Compliance checks

Paylop does not guarantee instant or same-day withdrawals.

Estimated timelines may be displayed within the app where applicable.

6. Bank Account Requirements

Receivers are responsible for ensuring:

  • Bank details are accurate
  • The account is legally owned or authorized by the Receiver
  • The account is capable of receiving transfers

Paylop is not responsible for failed transfers caused by incorrect bank information.

7. Fees

Withdrawal fees, if applicable, will be clearly disclosed within the application before confirmation.

Paylop reserves the right to introduce or modify withdrawal fees in the future with prior notice.

8. Fraud & Risk Monitoring

Paylop may delay or deny withdrawals if:

  • Suspicious tipping patterns are detected
  • Rapid wallet cycling behavior is observed
  • There is evidence of account compromise
  • Regulatory or law enforcement requests are received

Paylop may request identity verification or supporting documentation before processing certain withdrawals.

9. Ledger Integrity

Paylop operates a ledger-based accounting system.

  • Wallet balances are updated only through structured ledger entries.
  • Administrators do not directly modify wallet balances.
  • All approved withdrawals generate corresponding debit ledger entries.

This structure ensures transaction transparency and auditability.

10. Reversals

Once a withdrawal has been approved and processed to a bank account, it generally cannot be reversed.

In cases of confirmed fraud, error, or legal requirement, Paylop reserves the right to pursue recovery of funds through lawful means.

11. Suspension of Withdrawal Privileges

Withdrawal privileges may be suspended if:

  • The user violates the Terms of Service
  • Fraud is suspected
  • Required compliance checks are not satisfied

Suspension of withdrawal rights does not automatically terminate the account.

12. Limitation of Liability

Paylop is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by banking institutions
  • Failed transfers due to incorrect account details
  • Regulatory restrictions imposed by authorities
  • External payment network outages

13. Modifications

Paylop may update this Withdrawal Policy periodically.

Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
